Business Case for New Bread Production Line

This project involved commissioning research, sizing the full market opportunity, developing new products and specifying the right production line solution.

The resulting financial business case was presented jointly by Gulliver & Co Consulting to the global board with investment successfully approved.

Gulliver & Co Consulting assisted with the sell in process to customers, resulting in new products hitting the shelves in January 2023.
